As good as having a coach and motivator sitting on your wrist, the Aquacoach is a brilliant way of tracking your swim sessions and monitoring your performance and progress every time you enter the pool.

Worn like a watch, the Aquacoach uses a patented algorithm and inbuilt accelerometer to automatically count and time laps. It will calculate average strokes, your distance covered and the calories you've burned.

This device has the ability to recognise all four strokes (and will detect the stroke your swimming automatically), has a pause function for set swimming and works with tumble turns and pushing off the wall in between laps. The memory will last for 50 different sessions, with the ability to count up to 99 sets per session and 999 laps per set.

Everything a swimmer wants to keep a record of is logged, and all of it is done quickly, succinctly and automatically.
