The KooGa Power Shirt is constructed from compression material designed to stimulate the flow of blood to critical muscle groups.

Compression material stimulates blood flow to enhance circulation which increases the flow of oxygen and thereby reduces the build up of lactic acid during and after strenuous exercise. Reduces muscle oscillation and vibration which optimises muscle output.
