Activate the Active Heart Rate Monitor by pushing the top button for mindless heart rate monitoring. While you exercise, heart rate can either be viewed as percentage of maximum heart rate or simply by the heart rate beats per minute. Unsure if you are working too hard or too little? Not a problem. Let the audible alarm beep when you are working outside of the heart rate zone for improved control on your training. After you have completed the cardio session, review the average and peak heart rate analysis, which are arguably the most important factors after each training session.

This watch features analogue transmission signal. Basically, this allows the user to train in a gym environment where they can utilise their personal monitor in order to display heart rate reading on most gym machines i. e. treadmills, elliptical and step machines. Sometimes a heart rate monitor can experience crossover interference. This may take place when you have other analogue transmission users in close proximity i. e. 2 meters.
