BH Fitness Vibroboost Vibration Plate

The BH Fitness Vibroboost Vibration Plate is fitted with a new GSR Graphics Display LCD monitor, which is extremely easy and intuitive to use. The monitor is fitted with multiple programs to exercise each part of the body in a very simple and intuitive way.

The monitor has three training modes: Quick start (for advanced users), manual mode and preset profile mode and allows the user to adjust the intensity level, select the type of exercise, target the part of the body you want to work, adjust the position, and set the exercise time, in 30, 45, 60 and 90 second training sets.

The plate utilizes Triaxial Vibrations - the vibration stimulus is generated on three different planes. This system works all muscle groups, not only those aligned longitudinally. By stretching the layer of fat, and providing cells with an oxygen intake, the break down of fat is enhanced, allowing superior fat-loss results.

The Plate is designed with two wave amplitude settings - the low amplitude setting produces a peak to peak wave displacement of 1 - 2 mm, whilst the high amplitude setting produced a 3- 4mm displacement.

The plate develops 400 Watts, equipped with 2 powerful 200 W A.C motors, fully isolated under a metal cover.

The vibration frequency can also be adjusted to suit various exercise demands, ranging from 30-45 Hz, through 5Hz inclines.

The extremely convenient auxiliary keypad, situated close to the base of the platform, allows the user to adjust settings whilst doing low exercises without having to change position or stand up.

The plate is fitted with a 10 mm thick yoga mat, providing greater comfort, especially for exercises that require upper limb, hip or buttock support
